As we ship via FedEx and the United States Postal Service (USPS), we cannot guarantee shipping times. However, average shipping times for the mainland USA are 7-10 business days (not including weekends or holidays); please allow 10-30 business days for all other US territories, including Alaska and Hawaii. International shipping times are 10-20 business days after the product has been processed and shipped. Our distribution center is not open on holidays or weekends so orders placed on Friday or the weekend will not be shipped until the following week.

We have a shipping calculator on our webpage that will give you an estimate before you check out. Our shipping and handling is a flat rate, please see rates below. NOTE: Shipping and Handling do not include import duties into the country of destination. All import duties, taxes, and processing fees are the responsibility of the purchasers

International shipments usually take anywhere from 1-4 weeks to arrive, but can take up to 6 or even 8 weeks due to customs processing times in some countries. Please note USPS sometimes marks packages as “Delivered” when the package is passed over to the postal service of the destination country, at which point it should be traceable on your local courier’s website. The tracking can take some time to update. If you have received a tracking number, your order has been shipped. Please note international shipping times vary from 1-8 weeks, depending on customs. Sale and clearance items are non-refundable. Sale and discounted items may not be returned for a store credit or refund. Sale items can be exchanged for a different size in the SAME style only.

Items may be returned for store credit or exchange within 30 days of when you receive your order. Items may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of receipt.

Your return must be shipped back with the original packing slip. Please note that all garments need to be in original condition. Roots of Fight will not accept returns or exchanges if:

• The item has been worn or washed.
• The item smells of cologne, perfume, smoke, or any other odours.
• The item has visible stains, marks, burns, snags, or any other blemishes.
• There are alterations or modifications of any kind.
• Tags are removed, altered or damaged.

This will be verified by our distribution center before a store credit is issued. 

Original shipping and duty charges are non-refundable and you are responsible for all return shipping and duty charges.  

 

Please email info@rootsoffight.com to receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#). In the email, include your Order Number from the packing list, and list the item(s) you are returning, the styles and sizes you are exchanging for, or let us know if you would like to receive a store credit or refund.

No, unfortunately we do not offer exchanges on exchange orders.

The Fighter and The Kid Stadium Jacket is only available for an exclusive period of time. Nov 5 - 7, 2018. Only people who place an order during this window will have the opportunity to have the jacket.

The Fighter and The Kid Stadium Jacket is made to order. Once we have passed the selling window, there will be no refunds or cancellations provided. Roots of Fight reserves the right to cancel the production of an order and at that time a refund will be provided.

Pre-sale or pre-order items are item(s) that haven't been released yet or are out of stock. All orders made as a pre-sale/pre-order will ship once that item comes back in stock or upon product release.

If your sizing does not appear, we are currently out of stock. You can sign up for a Back in Stock notification on the specific product's page. Select the size you are interested in and input your email to be notified once the style is restocked.

We work hard to show only garments that are currently available and to keep our stock up to date. However, it may happen that we run out of stock of items in our inventory when the order is placed. If an item becomes unexpectedly unavailable for shipment, we may have to cancel your order. If this occurs, we will send a backorder or out of stock notification email as soon as possible.

Please ensure that all of your order information is correct at the time of purchase. We are unable to make changes to your order once it has been processed.

If you change your mind, please send us a cancellation request at info@rootsoffight.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Please note that sending a request does not automatically cancel your order. We will contact you as soon as we receive your request and let you know if we can process your cancellation. Unfortunately orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
