I had an issue with the item I received from rootsoffight. I reached out to customer service and was contacted by Leo, he gave me a couple of options as to how to proceed. I requested a replacement. The sweatshirt arrived in 3 days in perfect condition. This was a gift for my son who has several rootsoffight sweatshirts and swears by them. The custom service I received is rare these days but greatly appreciated.

The quality is great, but the shirt runs small. I ordered an XL, but it fits more like a large.
Thought xl would be to short so got 2xl. Glad I did. Great fit , perfect on a cold day. Length is perfect. Will buy more. Several great compliments ,and always quality is high grade

I ordered an XL and the size is perfect. (I'm 5'6" 220) It's so soft and cozy! Loved the hidden little pocket in the front kangaroo pocket too, such a nice surprise!
