Our shipping and handling to Canada is a flat rate of $5.
NOTE: Shipping and Handling does not include import duties into the country of destination. All import duties, taxes, and processing fees are the responsibility of the purchasers.
Shipping times do not include processing times and start when the shipping courier has received the package. Orders will not be processed until we have received credit card verification and authorization.
Return your item within 30 business days of receiving your order to exchange or receive a store credit.
Items must be returned within 15 days of receiving your order.
Sale and clearance items are non-refundable. Sale items can be exchanged for a different size in the SAME STYLE only or store credit. Items in our Last Chance collection are final sale and are not returnable.
Original shipping and duty charges are non-refundable and you are responsible for all return shipping charges.
