KU - Paul Pierce #34 Navy PO Hoody

“It was like nothing I'd ever seen before. It was just like, 'I have to come and play here.”

To see him was to believe.

The first step? Quickest in the game. Paul Pierce was right by you. The second step? History. When “The Truth” hit the University of Kansas, he embodied the history of the game’s most storied program. And from the jump, the honors started piling up.

Big 8 Freshman of the Year? Check Big 12 Conference Player of the Year? Check. First-Team All-American? Check. In the three seasons Pierce took the floor, he put up 16.4 points per game, solidifying himself as a top five all-time scorer in KU history. Try to slow him down, and “The Truth” became harder to handle.

Two-time Big 12 Tournament MVP? Check. First-team All-Big 12? Check. Jayhawks Icon of the Ages? Check. That number hangs forever in the rafters at KU.

That’s the Truth. We have brand new drops for ROF x KU Campus Legends collection, including this vintage KU sweatsuit, throwing back to an era when “The Truth” was told!
