AI’s swagger became a unifying voice. And boy could he ball. Freshman of the Year in 1994-95. A ride to the Sweet 16 as a teenager. An average of 23 points per game over two seasons, a Hoyas record, and a two-time Big East Defensive Player of the Year.

Then a No. 1 pick in the 1996 draft. MVP. Eleven All-Star games.
