Here is my experience going through a return.

1. There is no prepaid postage to send a return. So you have to go find your own shipper and pay for that out of pocket.

2. To initiate a return you have to email roots of fight and ask them for permission. They then will give you a return number and email you a slip you need to print out and tape to the package.

3. They want you to write your return number onto the exterior of the package. Maybe to make it more likely to get stolen so that they never have to actually refund you?

4. When they reply to your review here you can’t review back. So they make it seem like their outreach email was helpful. It wasn’t. It was just the return instructions.

This is hands down the most complicated return I have done in my years of online shopping.

I am surprised they haven’t been hit by a class action lawsuit for trying to make returns impossible.

This and the matching hoodie are not accurately sized. That’s very disappointing and it’s also disappointing that the exchange process is so difficult with this brand. Won’t be trusting this brand again.

I have a muscle disease that makes me super sensitive to clothing. I bought my first pair of sweatpants from you all this year and instantly bought several more. These clothes are extremely comfortable on my skin. Thank you for the fabulous product

Love the see a Ts, only problem is there was a hole in the crotch. I had to take it to the cleaners to get fixed and had to pay for it to be fixed.
